To encourage and reward the outstanding performance of EMS services provided by postal operators, the EMS Cooperative, a subgroup of the Postal Operations Council of the Universal Postal Union, organizes the EMS Cooperative Performance Award programme annually. In 2023, Macao Post EMS service received the “EMS Customer Care Award 2023.” Macao Post EMS has consistently earned such awards for many years.
